If we cannot contact you within 28 days of you being selected as the winner of a draw, we will reselect another winner from the participants, and you will not be able to claim your prize. Purchase of NFTs or Tickets:
To be eligible as a winner, you need to acquire at least one NFT that functions as a participation ticket in the competition or campaign in which you choose to participate.

Unlike fungible tokens, an NFT cannot be copied, substituted, or subdivided. Ownership of an NFT is recorded on the blockchain, ensuring its uniqueness and authenticity. We have developed NFTs or collectible digital assets that you can acquire at any time using any of the available payment methods on the platform. Because collectible digital assets are linked to campaigns, the eligibility you obtain ends when the campaign expires, so we cannot provide refunds once the campaign in which you participate ends. Our services do not sell lottery tickets.

CoolSwip reserves the right to retain and/or absorb commissions in case of detecting any type of fraud or anomaly by a user, as well as with the use of debit or credit cards through our website. Commissions are transferred within 7 working days from the date of withdrawal request.
